Links bar for guests
 

I am running a slightly older (though patched) version of ibproarcade, but definitely a MrZeroPage version, 2.5.3.

I don't upgrade because my arcade is quite heavily modified....it runs alongside v3arcade on the same 3.6 board...don't even go there. :D

Up til now I have had my arcade set so that guests cannot view it at all. However, as an experiment I have decided to try having it viewable for guests.

All is well, except that the the linkbar (function top_links_table in the skin file) does not appear at all for guests. I would like it to appear, since I have actually expanded this function to include what is effectively an arcade 'header' section.

Now try as I might, I cannot figure out where the permission for this is set into the code, if I could, I could probably work out how to alter/remove/disable that bit so that the links function displays to guests.

But where is it?

I hope my question makes sense.
