make sub category not show in index page

anyone know how to make sub category not show in index page...

this :
i dont want subkategory in pic1 not show.just only show in pic2
example : subcategory Aceh.Bandung.bangka.Banten.Bogor.Dki.Kalimantan.La mpung.Malang not show in pic1<index page> but this subcategory always show in inside the category.
