Best Score of All Time vs. Actaul High Score Champion

What are the differences between the two, would they be the same?

Also, on a few of the games that I have put up, the Actual High Score is higher than the Best Score of All time as seen in the image below. I followed the instructions found in this post about manually updating it, but nothing happens.

Is there a way to remove the Actual High Score Champion?

Also, is there a manual for this Arcade?

"best result" is designed for using score-pruning...

actual highscore is current score which gets pruned after some time, while the best result is not referred to pruning

use AdminCP -> Score Tools -> best results to rebuild this value for that game
