Need a hack so our users could pay their VIP through Paynova.

Yeah, that would be great. Only that I think the only way to get something automated is to be a company and apply for it.

The other solution is to have a regular account and tell people what the e-mail adress is and not to forget to leave their nickname as a note.

I think that you placed it in wrong forum. I believe that is better to post it in Paid Request putting in the title the amount that you can pay and that's all. I'm not sure if you'll find someone, but at least you'll get some quotes.
