Downloads manager as you use here

Hello.
Sorry for the stupid question .. I am new to VB so please bear with me ;)

I would like a downloads manager as you have here. What script do you use? Please direct me to the hack I should get.

Hi,

The modifications system used here at vB.org is a custom script and is not released to the public.

The closest thing that is available that I am aware of is GARS with a plugin for installations.
