Append affiliate ID to URLs
Is there a way to add an affiliate ID to the end of any URL from a particular domain? For example, any instance of www.example.com should link to www.example.com/?ID=affiliateID. Links to a directory should behave the same way, i.e. www.example.com/abc/ should link to www.example.com/abc/?ID=affiliateID. Similarly, a URL pointing to an HTML file in the URL like www.example.com/abc/123.html should also link in the same way, i.e. www.example.com/abc/123.html?ID=affiliateID. Any thoughts?
