• Description: vB Option Picker creates an opt-in/opt-out links for receiving administrator emails. You can use this for example for a newsletter opt-out link in the footer of your newsletters or a newsletter opt-in button on your homepage. You don't have to point your users any more to the options in their user cp, just give them a direct link :cool:

1. Upload the file in the upload folder to your forums directory.
2. Import the product using the product manager (enable "Allow Overwrite").
   AdminCP -> Plugins & Products -> Manage Products -> Add/Import Product

Sorry, I was searching for such a mod, but I really couldn't find it (and I still can't find it with the search function, even when searching through the titles only).

One little difference: there's also an opt-in link in my hack, so you can also use it to opt-in for newsletters and other stuff. I also want to create some more direct links to other options in the future (see the future plans), so it will become more different than your mod :)

Can this be modded for Non-Members to be able to sign up for newsletters?

It looks like this hack changes a setting in the UserCP, wheres non-members don't have a UserCP :)

I love it!!! I see it as a nice way for emails + announcements to let people easily turn a feature on/off.

Then just don't use this option for opt-out if you aren't sending out a members-only email.
