Java and Flash in header template
 

In my header template I have a javascript drop down menu. Also have added a flash banner ad.

My problem is that the banner apppears underneath the buttons but when you highlight a button you can't see them (they appear under the banner).

Can anyone help me set the priority of this in the header template? I have this first: <script type="text/javascript"> then the swf embed and param settings for flash.
