Is this against Licence agrement?
 
Hello, the image is below, and is that agains Licence agrement? Where I have edited the template and added a disclamer, and changed the back ground white. I Need to know, so if it is against licence agrement, I can remove it.

You left the vb copyright so no, it is not a violation. You can add anything you want to the footer, you just can't remove the copyright unless you buy a branding free option.
