One-click delete/remove/ban

Is there a mod that, with one button:

Deletes a spam post
Removes the user account
Bans the user's email address
Bans the user's IP address

I am getting a lot of forum spam and I would like to be able to handle it more efficiently.

It would sure save time! I am all about saving my time when it comes to dealing with spamers.

Count me in! I just took over a board and have devoted days to a major spam problem, that with a feature such as this would have been gone within a few hours.

It's been working fine for me on 3.6.1, even though it was developed for 3.5.1...
