How do I give an infraction?
 

How do I give an infraction point for something besides a bad post? Say something the user has done but has nothing to do with a post. I'd also like to know what it is for.

In a posts, theres two cards (yellow & red) in the postbit where the ip is at.

Click that, and you have options on giving that person their infraction, also a custom field as well.

admincp>User Infractions>Add New User Infraction Level ;)

You can always view the member profile, then there is the infraction link there as well to deal some out

That is not exactly what I want. What I need is a way to give infractions that have absolutely nothing to do with a post. Some friends and I have started an RPG.

We'd like to be able to do infractions like "Absent Without Leave" and have it where only the admin would see it when viewing a profile.

Infractions are interlinked to posts, in a similar way to reputation comments.

I"ll just make private/admin profile fields for it then.
