Adding a link under "Private Messages:"

Hello,

Im trying to add a link under this but i am unable to find the place i need to edit.

Where the red line is:

I can code what i want and i can add it to everywhere but where i want it, Any help or guidance would be apreciated alot.

It's in the navbar template. Look for this bit of code:
