Admin account hacked
 

Hi, my forums are quite new but somehow someone managed to hack my admin account. is there a way to get it back through phpmyadmin? thanks.

I use to belieave when i was a kid on VBulletin there was such thing as hacking a admin account...
Either they got in there someone pw"
Or one of your other admin accounts.
Ive even had some people cookie steal me before :P

You can do it by tools.php

You also need to figure out how you were hacked, or its just going to continue to happen

An another way is, to change you Mail Adresse in the Database and send you the new Pass.

thanks. the forum itself wasnt hacked. I had a mate on msn that sent me a file. I allways check recieved files but for some reason i didnt this time. it had a trojan on it so i'm guessing this is how they got my password on the forum. i'm the only admin so it couldnt have been another admin that did it.
