Welcome Header

Does anybody know how I can change the text and formatting of what's inside the welcome header (shows up for guests/unregistered at top of page)? I can't seem to find the template for it or anything.

Edit the 'first_visit_message' phrase in your Languages & Phrases Menu inside the AdminCP.
