bbcode permissions mod

Hey, I am looking for a modification very similar to abe1's "advanced bbcode permissions" hack, but instead of usergroups, you can modify what bbcode can be used for different forums. (so i can create a media forum and use bbcode for google video etc) But i dont want users to be able to use the other bbcode in any other forums.
Can anyone help me at all? thanks
