task manager problem
 
hi basicly when i open task manager it shows like this

and im not sure how to get it back to how it shud be with the other tabs and stuff can anyone help

now when i click control + alt + delete windows security opens
a screen with a menu sayin
logout
task manager
shutdown
lock computer
change password

when iclick task manager it just goes back to pc, it never used to do this when ipress control alt delete
