Problems buying things

My super moderators are having problems buyign things it says:

You are not allowed to purchase this item.

I've checked the usergroup permissions for them and it says can purchase vbplaza items and that is put to yes.

Can anyone help?

yeah i have same problem with custom group
default group is oke
