Disabling Lottery only?

Hi there,
is it possible to disable the Lottery feature of vbplaza while leaving everything else intact? Any help would be gladly apreciated!

I'd like to know a similar question to this, I'd like to disable gifts and ribbons. Anybody who knows how, it would be greatly appreciated if you could share the knowledge.
