vbchat.xml not found error

Error. vbchat.xml located in directory '' was not found. Please make sure it is uploaded then press the submit button below

I keep getting tht error, while running the install program for the cbchat module and I check it like around 5 times that I uploaded thecbchat.xml intot he admincp.
