How To Link to Newest Threads in forum Catgeory??
 

I am wanting to make a custom link in my navbar that when clicked would go to a page listing the Newest Threads in a specific forum category (newest either being the newest 25 posted threads, or the new threads posted in the last 7 days).

I also need a custom link that would show the last 25 updated threads in a specific forum category.

I thought I could do this by simply using the forum search engine, clicking on the category I wanted to search, specifying the time frame, and letting it show the search results. Then I would simply copy/paste the return search query URL, kind of like copying a URL of Google search results. However, the problem I ran into was that it wouldn't return anything because I had not input any search keywords!

Someone PLEASE please help me on this. I'm sure there's a workaround to this, or at least another method to accomplish showing the Top x number new threads in a category and the top x number of updated threads in a category. Again, this would have to be accessible by some link I could reference in the navbar. Thanks in advance!
