Anybpdy who has done this or knows how to do it?

I am trying to do this as well. I was hoping it would be as simple as adding something like the following in the memberlistbit template:

<td bgcolor="{firstaltcolor}"><normalfont>$userinfo[avatar]</normalfont></td>

but $userinfo[avatar] does not work like $userinfo[datejoined] or $userinfo[posts]

I would settle for either displaying the avatar in the memberlist or some indicator that a custom avatar exists.
