vb.org Archive - VBookie and Ip adress problem

Hey I was wondering if anyone new why when I go to user groups I see
Can Post vBookie Events Yes No
Can Edit other people's vBookie Events Yes No
Can Bet on vBookie Events

When I select yes, and click update nothing happens and when I go back in it, is right back to no, does anyone know why this is happening? And There is also a little computer by peoples names which shows there IPadress, I selected turn off and it says turned off but it is still there.

If you could please help me fix thix or explain to me what the problem is I would be so greatful Thank You
