staff room hacked
 

hi basicly on my forum i have a staff room and permission are only for admin to get in
and some member has found a way to gain himself access to this
how is this possible

make him prove he has access.

Then check his permissions

Then check the forum permissions

After that, attempt to login to his account and see if he really does.

Fix any errors.

he prooved it he posted and stuff
so change his password and login myself?

Yes, check it yourself.
Change his password and login.
Make sure he is in the right usergroup you want him in.
Check forum permissions over.

You need to get to the root of why it's happening, he is being allowed access so we need to narrow down where. In your Admin CP > Forums & Moderators > View Permissions. Now select your staff room in the FORUM dropdown (leave usergroup at default) and tick the Can View Forum box and click the Find button. This will display which usergroups have access to that forum.
