Newbie (2 quick questions)

I'm new to this and have 2 questions that my super moderators have asked me.

Is it possible to allow mods/admin to see what users are searching for and who they are private messaging? If so how do I do this and do I need to download something?

Also how do I get a complaint to create a thread in our staff forum as well as notifying all staff via email? 1 of the super moderators said he used it on a previous forum he moderated but I don't have a clue how to do this.

Just thought of a 3rd question does anyone have a link to a decent free discreet skin for users at work? Ours isn't great.

There is a mod to view PM, but I believe it is only for Admins. I'll see if I can find it for you. Which version of vBulletin are you using?

3.5 at the moment. It's not to view the actual PM, just who they are sending it to in their user activity. Can't find it in the vBulletin options in the admin CP.
