I am not sure if it is connected at all. |
the username has special characters in it
This is fixed for v2.5.7+ you should do the following to quick-fix it: open /arcade.php search for Code:
$DB->query("INSERT INTO ibf_pmtext (fromuserid, fromusername, title, message, touserarray, iconid, dateline, showsignature, allowsmilie) VALUES ('".$senderid."', '".$sendername."', '".$title."', '" . addslashes($message) . "', '" . $recipient . "', 0, " . TIMENOW . ", 0, 0)"); Code:
$DB->query("INSERT INTO ibf_pmtext (fromuserid, fromusername, title, message, touserarray, iconid, dateline, showsignature, allowsmilie) VALUES ('".$senderid."', '".addslashes($sendername)."', '".$title."', '" . addslashes($message) . "', '" . $recipient . "', 0, " . TIMENOW . ", 0, 0)"); |
WOW, I got a response!
Thanks for that. My members love this arcade so thanks for coding it. |

I have had some problems recently with another mod and it seems that if you have a problem then you try and fix it yourself. No one was supporting it.

How did you fix it? I've been having that error on a friend's forum for about a week. Edit: My cousin fixed it. Was an issue with the game_list table, which was corrupted. Simply uploading a back-up fixed it. |
