Legal Games?
 

I've had these games installed on my forums for ages; it only recently occured to me when I went to install a new arcade that some authors of the games on vb.org at one point were not asked permission to post their games.

Curveball
Flash Poker
Helicopter
Minigolf

So does anybody know which of these games or if any of them have been authorized to be put into people's vbulletin powered arcade's??

I have shut down my arcade until I can figure this out, so any help would be appreciated.

mminiclip does not want their games to be adapted to submit its score, so you should not use it.

The games from Paul Neave are ok, I don't know author or source of the others, if in doubt, deactivate ;)

To clarify: Paul Neave gave his explicit permission that his games could be adapted and used in vbulletin arcade systems?

I'm not sure about anyone else, but I would very much like to know which games are allowed and with what terms.

I would imagine most would not want their games SOLD in any way, but more with regards to I run a commercial site; I would not be selling the games or anything, but I would make money by running ads off of my forum; some people wouldn't mind having their games for personal use, while minding having them connected for commercial use as in how I would use it.

Perhaps I will email Paul Neave (if he has an email); as his games are the most important of the games TBH; and then go from there.

Unless of course you could clarify for me that he has granted permission for people like me (running commercial forums; which would mean most people; since vb is $160; but anyways) to use his games.

I got this ibProArcade-Project when it was v2.5.1 so I can only tell what I know: Paul Neave gave his permission to use his games.

Ask himself if you are unsure ;)

These companies and games creators do not allow there games to be adapted or used in anyway -

GAMES ARE NOT ALLOWED FROM THESE SITES.

If you have any doubts about other games you are hosting,then your best bet would be to personally contact the author and ask them.
