great forum but....

this is a great forum but the license is bad

can anyone like make me licensed so i can downlaod thing because i am a admin of my forum which my friend gave to me to build up.He installed and he owns the vb files and such,so i dont have access to it can a admin pelase make me linced on this forum pelase.

No one can make you licensed, your 'friend' needs to add you to their priority support list in the vbulletin.com members area.
