Getting at the Customfields in the Events table
I am working on project where I am taking the events that members have entered via the Calendar interface and allowing other members to search for and return a results set that breaks up the customfields column in the events table.
For example, I have created custom fields for state, ZIP Code, store name plus a few others. Right now when I return the results sets all of the customfields are returned in one big chunk with the stuff I do not want (i:1s:10:"California". etc". ), After writing the SQL, I have tried to unserialize the customfields and the put the individual customs fields in a row as a part of the results set. Like this: Code:
$customfield=unserialize($event['customfields']); |
I would love to hear an answer to this too; I've included Area as one of the $customfields in my registration and, now, want to display it.
