I found a virus on my site how can i find it and get rid of it.

I turned the board off.

Unfortunately, with the bord off it is going to be impossible to diagnose and resolve.

I'm willing to look at it for you, but if you prefer not to let someone take a look, then unless you know what you are doing yourself, I suggest contacting your host.

My system isn't picking anything up.

I don't know if I can help, put if you use the Cpanel X with your hosts, there should be a Virus Scan option. Perhaps that may resolve the problem?
