Hi, Am I allowed and if so where do I change the text on the new user registration page? I would like to use other words...

Go to:

Admin CP -> Languages and Phrases -> Search in Phrases

When you get there, search for forum_rules_description and search as "Phrase Variable Name Only" and search - should find the phrase you wish to change :)
