vb.org Archive - Link-ID == false, connect failed

I am running vBulletin Version 3.0.6. I have a bigger baord, but I have seen a lot bigger than mine and they don't have this same problem.

I just moved to a dedicated server and am still sometimes receiving the errors.

I am on the following dedicated server...

PowerEdge 750 Rackmount Server
P4/2.8 GHz, 800 MHz FSB
1 GB memory
80 GB SATA drive

Any idea what I should do?
