Not to my knowledge, no. Most, if not all, of the new features have template changes that coincide with their respective code changes.

you can up grade th style to be walked with respective changes in the new forum

and you'll need to add 3 or four buttons to add the new changes

upgrading 3.5.x styles to work on 3.6.0 is not an easy task, and I would not advise anyone familiar with vBulletin templates and styles to even attempt it.
