rearranging Threadbit tables/columns

I am trying to rearrange the Threadbit columns for a skin I am creating.

use Default Style 2

I want to replace the Thread / Thread Starter column with Last Post. as you can see I was able to move the column, but the cells with the column names I can not figure out how to swap. Also the cell size for Last Post is way too wide, that also needs to be swapped, but I think the 1 fix will fix it all.

Any thoughts?
