Is this the only place to get a skin?

I got 3.6 and all the skins available are complete doo doo.
I was mostly impressed by styles that were on 3.5.4 versions,
but I didn't know they wouldn't be compatible with 3.6.
There has to be another place to get a decent skin.....
If not, can someone recommend a person who I could hire
to create a nice style?
