It won't let them access anything!
 
Hey,

Ive just installed the latest version of vbux/vbplaza for vb3.5.5.

But when my registered users go to do anything, even using the bank it says "You are not allowed to purchase this item." Ive allowed their usergroup to in the manager and allowed most options so i don't know what im doing wrong.

Please help!

My issue is similar. I have all usergroups set up indetically, and it will only let the original default vb user group of "registered users" access the bank.

I prmote users to new usergroups as they contribute more to the site. No matter what the VBPlaza settings are for these users, once they are out of the "registered user" group they can not access the bank.

yes custom usergroups can not access the vbplaza.. i have figured out a way to hardcode it so that they do. check my thread from last night about it.
