Issue running ibpro. Had 3.0.9 vb3arcade, switched, Arcade shows nothing?
 

Hey all, http://forums.qj.net Arcade, all I get is a "X" for flash player and the other link. I know I have them installed etc.
I used to have vb3arcade installed on 3.0.9

I just upgraded the forums to 3.5.4 so basically that wiped out all old hacks etc.

I installed ibpro arcade and moved the flash files over etc. However.. doesnt seem when I click Arcade does it show a games list or anything. =/ Just kinda broken... anyone know what cuold be the issue?

Edit: After a google search. (Why is it google searches vb.org better then the forums internal search.. sigh..)

That template modification solved my issue, I can SEE arcade now, is this all I need or is there more I should look at?

I switched to use secondary as I have paid subscriptions be listed as secondary. However... I have "Registered users" set to view but not play... but my users who are "just" a registered user for primary, the arcade link will say its disabled. Isnt this supposed to allow Primary usergroups to give access as well? I want registered users to be able to view, but if they have the premium secondary, then they are allowed to play. Thoughts?

Support for both primary and secondary usergroups is not implemented yet

is this something you may be adding in the future do you think mr zp? it would be cool to be able to offer paying subscribers to the forum the ability to be able to play more games in the arcade

You can already do that by setting permissions for each catagory instead. You can make a catagory called "Subscribers" and put games for subscribers in there :).

yep but my subscriber category is a secondary usergroup that the user gets added to when they sign up to subscriptions and currently it doesnt go off both primary and secondary usergroups ya see

Butty... to be honest.. Im about ready to switch EVERYTHING to use primary or nothing.. since it seems too many plugins dont act right when you use secondary... >.<

i would do that mate but i have a VIP member group that gets access to extra forum sections etc, and so if i changed them to primary this wouldnt work as when i changed them to my subscriber usergroup the extra sections they get as vip wouldnt be able to be viewed
