Spacing Out Categories in 3.6.0

It worked for me fine in 3.5.4... but now it leaves a blue mark at the top? Is it different for 3.6.0? I used these instructions: Click Here. And this is my site.

strange...works just fine for me on 3.6, sure you followed the instructions correctly?
