Why isn't my "Active Users" updating properly?

The same users are always online in my Active Users section, and when another logs in, their name is added and never goes away either. The Who's Online updates what they're doing until they leave the site, at which time it stays on their last action.

How can I fix this? I don't think any settings were changed...it just sort of happened one day. :tired:
