Account Parked MOD for 3.5

Hey

can anyone make mod like you can park your account to prevent it from being deleted because of inactivity if you go away on for example a vacation. When the account has been parked limits are put on the account, and under your user rank or username it has name like Account Parked.

I spose you could use the usergroup manager to do this and make it publically joinable :) would work well i spose...
