With the image, check in your includes/xml/ directory for any files called cpnav_

The default one is cpnav_vbulletin.xml which holds all your default menus. Any additional ones are for modifications.

If you have more than one additional one, take a backup of them first by downloading a copy to your PC, then delete them one at a time until you find which one is giving the error. If you still have the modification for that one installed, then contact the modification author via the release thread for further instruction, otherwise leave it deleted and it will be fine.

With regards to your database error, please post in the appropraite release thread for further support from the modification author. Try searching the thread first though to see if anyone else has experienced the same problem and what the solution was.

Can you check on your server in the includes/xml/ directory for ALL files starting with cpnav_

It could be a file from an old modification that you installed.
