Is it possible to allow only mods to include images in signature???

Just mods and admin only? not members? please help. thanks

I haven't checked if a mod like that exists for vB 3.5 versions; but in vB 3.6 you now set the signature permissions per Usergroup.

"Can use Signatures" is a usergroup permission in 3.5 as well.
