VBB Code, open/close tags individually?

I haven't seen this around...but some members would like you to be able to press CTRL+B/I/ETC and have the beginning of the tag open, and hitting CTRL+B again after to close it, to reduce having to press the right cursor to start typing again once you've completed your code.

Any ideas?
