Moderation System Lacking In VB Compared To IPB?
 
Is it me or is it lacking when compared to IPB? Or did I set something up wrong.

IPB has this thingy that pops up in their screen, that tells a mod instantly that a post has been reported. in VB, I have no idea what happens when a post is reported except sent to my e-mail...

One feature hardly constitues the whole thing "lacking" compared to IPB.
