Plugin System
I have just upgraded to 3.5.4 after ages of having 3.0.X bcause of how hacked up my board was. I finally upgraded as I want to take advantage of the new features that come with 3.5.4 and I am ready to hack it up again :D.
I installed all the new PHP files over the old ones and upgraded the database and all of that went fine. I then reverted all of my templates back to their original state so I am now at the point where the board ias back to as fresh an install as is possible. I have already bought a bunch of products e.g. GARS and have followed their sijmple instructions for installation. HOWEVER, when I reload the adminCP nothing changes. I have tried 3 different hacks by different people and none of those appear either. The plugins system is turned on in the vbulletin options. Anyone have any idea what is going on and how I can get these hacks to work?? Any help is much appreciated. And if you directly call the GARS admin file it shows up but no text is there almost as if when I added the plugin that it didn't actually install the phrases and DB work that it is supposed to do. |
That is weird. The AdminCP doesn't have any templates, so you couldn't have messed it up by reverting all yours. You could try reuploading all your 3.5.4 files.

Are you sure you copied the cpnav files to the xml folder on your server ?
