How to let users change their own name?

I've seen this on many vbulletin boards were users can change their own name in their CP

I can't figure it out and I searched this forum for "name change" and nothing related came up....can someone point me in the right direction

U can also use vBPlaza with lots of option like changing user name, user title, user name color etc etc..
