Voting limitations?

Every month we have a poll, where our member can vote on wich member have submitted the best picture with a specific theme. The poll options we use is their membername.

What i want is a way to block member to vote on them self, wich can be the one vote giving them the victory that month. If thei allready exist, maybe someone could help me with a link to it?
