Want to consistently be able to link to Forums' stylesheets from outside

My vB forum is an integrated part of a larger website, and I'd like to integrate it a bit more, by perpetuating Style choices across the whole site.

I've set vB to save its CSS as files, and got everything working the first time. The trouble is, it keeps changing the name of the files so my links break!

Is there a way to get it to keep the name of the CSS file consistent, so that I can refer to that stylesheet from an outside page?
