What I'm looking for is to have it when a user creates a new thread and wants to add an attachment that it'll upload the attachment through ecdownloadII, add it to ecdownloadII db so that it's accessable from ecdownloadsII file area, and attach instead of a link to the file attachment in the vb db I want it to attach a link that links back to the file id stored in the ecDownloadsII database for a direct download either from the completed post or from the ecDownloadsII file area.

I figure that code from downloads.php belonging to ecDownloadsII needs to be copied and add'd to either newattachments.php or some other file that belongs with vb 5.4.3.

Please help with this...
