hidden category in forum

how to make hidden category in forum for usergroup member?
i make set permission and all no for member...
but forum category only show.not hidden.why?

In your Admin CP --> vB Options --> Forum Listing Display Options:

In "Show Private Forums" make sure it's selected to "No".
