Paste a Skin?
 
Not really a modificatin, more of a program, and I don't know where to post this one.

I would really love a 'create a skin' program. Just copy and paste your images in a standard VBulliten blank layout, the program will record the placement of those images, create a code, boom, all you have to do is upload what you just created as the saved .xml file...

Anything like this possible?
